A few months ago I started hearing and reading a lot about something called Crossfit and became very curious about the exercise program that called itself the sport of fitness. After doing some reading about Crossfit and watching some videos of progress that others had doing on the internet I knew it was something that I definitely wanted to try. I considered my self somewhat fit and exercise was already very important in my life so I started looking a Dallas crossfit gym that I could check out and see first hand if it was for me. I managed to find a really great local Dallas crossfit gym and went to one of their introductory classes. There were all kinds of different people there so I did not feel intimidated and the instructors were very knowledgeable. After the first workout I knew I was hooked and could not wait to come back.
